1. What are your rental delivery area?

    At this time we deliver to Wilmington where we are based and surrounding communities. Below are some areas that we deliver too (contact us if you do not live in one of these areas).

    Wilmington, Talleyville, Newark, Hockessin, Claymont, Brandywine Hundred, Bear, Newport, Corner Ketch, Christiana, New Castle

    Pennsylvania
    Boothwyn, Chadds Ford, West Chester

     

  2. Is there a delivery fee? No, there is no delivery fee but any location further than 30 minutes away from our location in North Wilmington have higher rates. We will not deliver to any location further than 45 minutes drive.

  3. When do you deliver? We deliver seven days a week. We deliver anytime between 8am and 9pm. If you have a specific time you wish the delivery to be made, such as late at night or early morning, please indicate so when you place your order and we will try to accommodate your request. 
  4. Tell me more about the keepsake. The keepsakes are made of white corrugated plastic. Your message is written by hand with professional paint pens to ensure they will hold up to harsh weather conditions while displayed and for many years displayed in your home. The storks come with baby bundles and the celebration signs come with a banner. Examples can be seen on our signs page Click here. Custom shapes are available for the keepsakes for an additional $5.
  1. Where do you leave the keepsake after removing the sign? When we remove our sign, we will place the keepsake at the front door unless you request another location on the property.

  2. How big are the signs? Our stork signs are 7 ft tall and our celebration signs are 4ft by 4 ft.

  3. What are the signs made of? They are made of a type of outdoor rated plywood and painted with an oil based house paint.

 

  1. How many signs do you have? At this time we have 2 storks, 1 boy and 1 girl, 1 balloon celebration sign and 1 patriotic celebration sign. As our business grows, more signs will be added.

  2. How are the signs installed? Storks-Metal stakes are placed in the ground and the signs slide over top of the stakes. Signz-These are A-frame signs, otherwise known as sandwich boards. The rear legs are staked to the ground or weighted with sandbags.

  3. What if I want to move the sign? If you would like to move the location, please let us know and we will do it for you. A delivery fee may apply for each time we come out to move your sign. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to people or property that occurs if you try to move our sign.

  4. Can I mow and water my lawn? Please refrain from mowing or trimming near our sign as it may cause damage. Watering is fine.

  5. What if the sign becomes damaged? If you notice any damage as a result of severe weather, please let us know right away. We reserve the right to charge a $50 fee if our sign is stolen or intentionally damaged.

  6. What does the rental include? Each sign rental includes set-up, take-down and a keepsake.

  7. How much lead-time do you require? Please contact us as soon as possible. Once we have your order request, we will confirm availability. Payment secures your reservation.

  8. When is payment due? Payment is required anytime prior to the delivery of the sign.

  9. What methods of payment are accepted? VISA/Mastercard, Cash, check, money order, Pay Pal.

 

  1. Do you offer discounts? Being parents of twins, we understand the extra burden that multiples bring, so we do offer a rent one, rent another for 1/2 off, if the inventory is available. If not, we will provide a 2nd keepsake free of charge that both can be attached to the stork.

  2. Refund Policy: You will receive a refund if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance. If extreme weather prevents us from delivering your sign, we will attempt to redeliver within the next 1-2 days. If we cannot deliver the sign, we will issue a refund. If we make a mistake on the personalization, please notify us immediately and we will replace it ASAP. You will NOT receive a refund if the homeowner stops us from setting up, if we are asked to remove the display, if we are given the wrong address, if we are given the wrong personalization, if we are not allowed access into a gated community, if the homeowner's dog is loose or for any other reason beyond our control.
